Divorce type console command

Post » Sun May 27, 2012 8:31 pm

So I married Camilla... Now I get that stupid archer from Riverwood turning up at my house every day, getting in the way and going on about how he wishes Camilla wanted him etc.

I tried killing Camilla then marrying someone else.... no joy

I tried killing the archer dude, but I couldn't live with either myself or his stinking corpse sat there on the chair in my bedroom.

I'm also tired of Camilla going on and on about how she's so happy that I found the golden claw... A quest I completed about 50 real time hours ago...

What I really need is a way through the console to essentially reset the marriage quest so I can go marry the gorgeous Ysolda instead..

Please help!

kill the archer. open console and click on his corpse and type 'disable'. voila. corpse gone and you can enjoy life with camilla again.

you should be able to reverse the setfaction commands to undo the marriage but i'm not sure on the syntax of that.

'Addtofaction 19809 0' should remove camilla from the group that can be married.

edit - actually, try 'addtofaction 19809 -1'

Don't know what's so much about Ysolda. Really.

But that's the way I've been trying so far: Search in console for any commands that could reset the married state.

I will post here If I find. I'll be looking for it, be sure.

Hope someone answer before me. Cause it can take a while to find.

EDIT: About disabling the marriage faction:

Addfac 18908 0

That resets to ZERO the marriage faction. The problem is that doesn't solve the problem. Not even far from solving..

I've been trying to use a command to add or remove stats. Can't remember. setPC? setAV? don't remember. :S

Try doing it for me: I haven't tried yet...

Click on anyone ELSE via console and type these:

setrelationshiprank player 4

addfac 18908 (or 19809? try both) 1

Wear the amulet.

Try, also, setrelationshiprank 5.

And this:
Help setrelationshiprank 0 (all)

It shall return info if our setrelationshiprank has something to do with marriage status.

Thanks for the quick replies.

I don't wanna kill the archer, he's a trainer and hasn't really done anything wrong... My conscience won't allow me to kill an innocent, no matter how annoying they are.

Ideally, I just need to "unmarry" Camilla, so I can marry someone else. Killing her doesn't reset the marriage flag and prevents me from marrying anyone else.

Maybe it's just a case of waiting for the construction set and an appropriate mod to be released.

Edit: I'll try that later, I've got my real life relationship to deal with tonight... lol
