After installing disc 1 today I proceeded to enter the codes for the included DLC. I first entered the Anarchy Edition code. It just sat there spinning for about 40 seconds after I entered it before finding the content. Then, when I hit download it sat there spinning again for a long time before saying "download failed" with some error. I got the same thing for the sewer missions, and even the title update for the game was taking forever to download. Whatever server issue there was eventually got better, and I was able to re-download the sewer missions.

However, I have now started playing and I do not appear to have the Anarchy Edition content (I read that you should get some of it when acquiring the pistol, and I did not). When I tried to enter the code again it says the code was already used, but I do not have the content. There isn't an entry for this content in the DLC list that I can find, so there's no way for me to re-download it. Can someone from Bethesda please help?

My son is having the same problem. Could it be that he didn't completely load the game?

I am also having the same issue. I was able to download the sewer package but the anarchy edition acted the same way as described by the first post in this forum. I have acquired the settler pistol and as others explained I was suppose to acquire some of the anarchy edition contents. Unfortunately that was not the case.

I have tried using the code a couple of times but I get the message that the code is no longer valid. I checked my xbox 360 Rage section on my hard drive and all I see are the installations for the three games, my saved content, and the sewer package but nother in reference to the anarchy edition.

Any solution?

I had the same thing happen to me. I have not tried the sewer code yet. I emailed bethesda, hopefully I will hear something soon. I don't want to play to far into the game and have to start over and get that stuff.

In my case I got the Anarchy edition, but not the Wasteland Sewer Missions.

I too pre-ordered the game. Put in my code, but however, mine downloaded.

I then started to play the game...it wasn't until I hit the radio tower mission (finished it) that I saw the sewer system lid...I tried it and could not access it.

The only part of the 'Anarchy Edition' goodies I see, is the double-barreled shotgun.

I even started a new game, thinking that the game save was messed up. Sadly, that's not the case. I got to the same point and the same thing happened.

It tells me to put in my code, or purchase it.

I've emailed support, please help.

At the begining of the game, you just have the double barreled shotgun and the Fists of RAGE. You will get the buggy later in the game. For the armor, I don't know.

Oh, and my wasteland sewer missions code is invalid. Mine just have 12 characters and xbox 360 code are suppose to have 25 characters.

Could someone from Bethesda please at least acknowledge this? I'd really like to be able to get this content before I finish the game.

In summary, I entered the code for the Anarchy Edition but the download failed because the servers were timing out and/or overwhelmed. Now there is no way for me to get it because my code says it has been used.

Thats exactly what is happening to me aswell.

Part bone headed move on my part, part still doesn't work.

The sewer code was on the opposite side of the leaflet where the Anarchy code was. *smacks self in head*

The Anarchy mode code however, I'm through the buggy portion and all I see is still the double-barreled shotgun. Nothing else.

I am loving this game though - seriously. It's awesome!

I'm having the same issues with the DLC. My sewer mission code is missing off my flyer. I have email support twice and I am getting ready to email them again.

Also, where exactly are the sewers? I found a manhole on wellsprings but unable to enter it.

If that is the one then my code for the sewers failed aswell.

The disappointment is that at the moment no response from either Bethesda or ID. The game is awesome but so far their is little to no support from either of you. Why put on the leadlet to refer to the forums and yet no such support exists?

Just an fyi for those watching this thread. It looks like we are to contact support by referring to the contact information on the back of the game manual.

I just saw that post on the 360 thread section.

If you experienced the following: timeout or failed download but your code worked then redownload the content again.

To do so, on your xbox go to

Press the Xbox button on your controller / Go to the Settings area / choose Account Management / Choose Download History / and redownload the content.

Per Bethesda tech support on the phone: if the content failed to download then contact Xbox Live at 18004MYXBOX.

This seemed to solve my issue.

You can also check with the retailer you purchased the game from. I figure calling is probably easier.
