So I've been trying to unlock the "Safety Deposit Box" ending and achievement. I get Elijah to come down into the vault and I sneak around him and back to the elevator. By the time I reach the elevator it says I have successfully completed the optional part of the quest of sneaking past Elijah and trapping him in the vault. The only part of the quest it says I have remaining is to take the elevator up and escape the vault. So I take the elevator up and escape the vault but nothing else happens. I can't escape the casino and the ending doesn't trigger and it doesn't check it off on my mission progression that I have escaped the vault. I have tried re-loading previous checkpoints and going through the entire vault again but time and time again the same thing happens. If anybody has a solution I would be extremely grateful. I have tried selecting different dialogue options with Elijah and I know I am sneaking by him successfully by going left out of the vault and backtracking through the entire vault to escape. It seems like the game just isn't registering that I am eventually escaping the vault.

Also just to quickly add to this glitch when I go up the elevator it still has me in the Casino but the lady with the bald head won't talk with me. I have noticed from videos showing this ending it is supposed to show you out near the fountain. For me it never recognizes that I have escaped the vault and will not let me reach the ending.

uh.. Christine should be dead, shouldn't she? lol

Christine is very alive she won't talk with me when I press x on her but she will say "Good Luck in the Vault." Occasionally when I go back down in the vault after escaping and sneaking by Elijah he will be waiting by the elevator door with his gun ready to fight I can kill him but it doesn't do anything once I have done this either. This doesn't make sense because he is first of all locked in the main area next to vault when I go up the elevator and second of all the elevator should be locked and not work any more (according to the story) once it is used once after the security alarms are tripped. This is driving me crazy!!!!!!

From what I've read if you take off up the elevator before the blue force fields come back up it can glitch. Everything I've read(and what I did) was to wait until the second he stopped talked out loud and then booked for the elevator.
