As topic says. When i log in to multi-player i'm still lvl 1.
Code redeemed normally and i can see the DLC's registered in purchase history.

Any tips?

Same thing has been happening to me. Then once I get them reset to level 5 with the points and all, I try and go into a game. Then I get the 'Unable to connect to host' or something like that error message and I can not go into a game. It then reverts back to level 2 and the whole thing starts over again.

The main issue they should work on is why we can not connect to the games.

And its happened with me too, when i connect to the multiplayer the game every time saying to me that i put all dlc and i can use it, i see that i lvl 5 and when i enter in any game my lvl 1 and i havent got any dlc... its awful, when i enter multiplayer again the situation repeat... Crytek i am disappoint, i buy LE and spend much more money then standart edition and now i must spend my time to solve this awkward problem.
