I was going to get all the DLC for Skyrim, but the sale isn't reflecting in the marketplace for me.

If you're speaking about the PS3 discount - it only happens the first week of the specific DLC release.

So, Dragonborn's 50% off deal ended on Tuesday, Feb 19. Right now the only one available for 50% off is Hearthfire... and that lasts until tomorrow the 26th.

Starting the 26th, Dawnguard will be available - and that will be 50% off until March 4th.
