A DLC plea to Bethesda

Post » Fri Dec 16, 2011 8:33 pm

Beth, can you please please please release Horse Armour in the first DLC!

I am not joking!

Forgot the Oblivion Horse Armour debacle, I'm being deadly serious. I love Skyrim, and I love my brave horse Frost but he keeps getting [censored] by Elder Dragons. I can't count the number of times I have to reload because of an untimely horse vs dragon encounter. At least some ebony or glass horse armour would help.

Anyone else with me?

For the empire!

horse armor needs to come with something else, not by itself.

i want a magic monster PC like becoming a dragon preist to paarthunax or bringing back the lich.

Horses should act like companion dogs, kick some butt then get out before they die. As long as horse armor is a tiny tiny part of a large expansion I would like it.

Horse armor would help against from arrows, if it was 500 gold I wouldn't pay for it. It wouldn't be worth it I don't think.

Cheers

Personally, I'm hoping they go the Fallout route with DLC. Separate stories set in completely self-contained regions that you would reach by boat, carriage, etc. That being said, getting horse armor in one of those story arcs would be pretty cool.

Nice one!

It would be so lame to read a whole thread without someone taking a "time out" to remind everyone of how much Skyrim svcks.

Good lookin out bro!

Your a role player aren't you? Use your imagination.

The favorite pausing menu is inexcusable, feels like an old gen game.
Perk point limits where never in Elder Scrolls games before, didn't bother making separate classes but adding a random limit is clever?
In general there is less of lots of things, it's typical to expect more in newer games.
Graphics look better but not like it's the best, action part is far from the best.
Uncreative, seriously you go dungeon diving to join the bards, can't think of a better example.
