Does Alpha Protocol on PC work okay now?

I heard that the PC version had some issues with it, has those been fixed now and is there an unofficial patch which fixes any leftover problems?

The game have some technical issues and isn't the most polished game to put it nicely, but I never had any major problem with it. Played thru the game 3 times right after it was released, and as far as I'm concerned arguably the best game of 2010.

No unofficial patches I know of, there is one official patch but the only thing it do is to remove the DRM. There are no fixes or anything.

Played it on the PS3, while I didn't see any technical issues the game wasn't what you'd call extremely good. However, fun all the less  (Not sure if I just made that expression up, sounds a little weird)

Last I played it was about a year ago, back then it was completely stable, but the controls for some of the hacking minigames were still messed up.

Okay, guess I'll just have to hope mine works as well.
On xbox it worked just fine, never noticed any bugs at all, but since I'm going to play it on PC now I was getting a bit worried.
Especially since Borderlands 2 refuse to work as it overheats the laptop all the time. (Which is weird as I can play Dead Space 2, Sims 3, Skyrim, New Vegas, RAGE and other games on highest graphical settings with little to no issues (bar minor framerate issues with Bethesda games.))
