does anyone tend to use the same skill build for every playt

Post » Tue Feb 05, 2013 7:11 pm

I have been playing skyrim since 11.11.11 and oblivion 1 year ago(2010) and morrowind during 2010 as well.
One thing in skyrim i realised, i have been sticking with the same skills, same type of armor for 9/10 of my replays.

I find that using bows(crossbows for now) and one handed sword+shield works best for my player and i enjoy that. I also use light armor and not touch those magic classes, except restoration. Ever since i tried to play a mage, pure mage in fact, i got turned off because i dont enjoy the style and never went back again. Similarly, with heavy armor and 2handed, i didnt enjoy it as well.

Am i weird....................

Not at all.

I do the same. It's not a sign of weirdness so much as a sign of you finding a playstyle that naturally works for you.

I always play Redguard women , but different builds. The fun build is Illusion and sneak and one handed and archery, my invisible assasin. Cmon OP , spread your wings and try some different builds.

I find that defeats the purpose.

I try not to, but it eventually evolves into a Battlemage.

When I don't have a definite plan in my head, I do tend towards duel-wielding light armor "sneak thiefs" with a touch of archery and restoration. I also do all 3 crafting skills as I enjoy crafting my own stuff :)

I am weird, but I don't think this makes you weird :)
