I read him listed in http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Category:Skyrim-Respawning_NPCs as a respawing NPC but does he? He as we all know is bugged and does not move from his location where you first encountered him so i was planning on letting him die since i kept saving his sorry [censored] every time i revisit his area.

I think he does but only if he is alive. If you kill him he will likely not respawn at any other random encounter locations. My best guess.

What? that doesn't make any sense! He will "spawn" of course in the location you first encountered him but what i'm asking is if he dies in that location will he respawn again somewhere else?
