I was just wondering this because I was replaying Morrowind a bit ago... particularly the Bloodmoon expansion.
Solstheim - Mostly Ice covered, contested land between skyrim and morrowind.
Skyrim - Mostly Ice covered, Nordic homeland.

I don't remember where I got it in Solstheim but I managed to obtain a set of Ice armor, and some ice weaponry.
Is it just me or does this sound like its something that should be in Skyrim?
The only thing I can suggest about it really is maybe put the head of an ice wraith on one of the pauldrons, use their teeth to upgrade the armor/weaponry, maybe add a smithing perk...
If added it has the potential to look pretty awesome, at least the way I'm envisioning it.

They only accept suggestions in the form of "top ten most popular mods" to take ideas for a new game from.

They should introduce a poll for people to vote on their favorite suggestions and then the top 10 WILL be introduced in the next game.

Bethesda do take suggestions.
