Im living in post-communist country where Skyrim cost more than 1/5 of my monthly payday and another part going on bills, so i have to be sure did this game will be working like it should (Its mean good) before i'll buy it. Can someone tell me, or translate developers speechs about patchs? (At the end, sorry for my grammar-fails if i made some, i start learning english not long time ago).

If the game costs you that much in your country, I would say no, don't buy it till you know what the 1.2 patch fixes.
