Obviously this was based solely on money, and not artistic expression or creativity. but the failure is not just in your betraying yourselves and the people who made you, but also in the fallacy that you can't make money developing good pc games.
the partnership with EA should have been warning enough - alas I held out hope that you would have at least a fraction of the creative integrity you once held. I was obviously disappointed.
If the sp progression system worked, if skill points and nano credit stuck. if melee and stealth worked. if multiplayer lobbies worked. if joining games worked, if leveling up mp worked, if, if , if all of those things worked properly -
I would still be playing a simplistic re-imagining of a once great game. complete with lesser texture quality, smaller maps, dumber ai, hidden copy protection, and of course - missing the PROMISED DirectX11 features.... to be tacked on at a later date. eventually. maybe. though you won't give ANY official word on it on the front page.
I actually thought you were one of the good guys, but it seems even you guys sold out. enjoy the money, you've lost more fans
