I've had Swindler's Den respawn (at least once, when I was doing a second quest needing something from there).

None have reset for me so far, so I'm rather worried.

Farming Bandit caves is my favourite pasttime, so I'll need a 3 day respawn mod as fast as possible!

I hope some dungeons respawn at least.

Not sure, I have the guide and all it says is most dungeons will repopulate however some won't. It also will never tell you if they have or not, once labeled as cleared its always labeled cleared.
