Does the patch fix the issue where two of the Elder Scrolls remain stuck in your inventory as quest items after the quest-line is completed? Can you sell them to Dexion (like you can when you play the DG side)?

Does the patch fix the issue where two of the Elder Scrolls remain stuck in your inventory as quest items after the quest-line is completed? Can you sell them to Dexion (like you can when you play the DG side)?
