Usually when i start up the game everything is fine. After about 1-2 hours plus playing Skyrim straight it glitches. My crosshair for mounted combat disappears, missing patch of water glitch, and the blocking out the sun glitch happens. Patches of water are missing near lake view manor. When I try to block the sun it only lasts for 30 seconds then the sun reappears.

Is this the result of Skyrim being played to long? Is there a way to fix these problems?
