Does race affect the storyline?

No. It can be simple stuff like finding a Daedra Heart for an Orc in Markarth or finding a book for the Orc librarian in Winterhold.
Damn. They don't have very high standards for Blood-Kin then.

Absolutely. If you play an altmer all the dudes want to marry you and all the chicks want to go shopping with you.
That's just wrong.

This is the kind of racism I can support in a game. :P

Actually, it's both.

There is no diference.
None orcs have to do a quest to enter strongholds. But that's it. There's loads of them. If it involves a orc, you're in.

Theres minor diferences in dialogue.
Madesi the argonian jeweler will call you marsh friend if you're argonian.
He calls other races land strider.

But I suspect some don't notice to the point it gets silly.

Elrindir makes mention of "another of his kind" if you're a bosmer. But other than that.. I haven't noticed anything else

No the outcomes possible are the same for every race, however you will be noticed or talked to differently on your race for example you're a Khajiit and you walk up to a guard and the guard will say ''Stay out of trouble Khajiit'' if you weren't a Khajiit he would not say that to you.

Simple question, I'm sure the answer is no but just thought I would check.
I know it will affect gameplay but just wondered if it affects any storyline.
For example, in Windhelm, Dark Elves are not thought of much, does that mean they could not side with the Stormcloaks?
The only real affects race has is if your a dark elf everyone in Windhelm hates you and if your an orc you have automatic access to orc camps. I didn't give a [censored], I was like let me in or I will FUS RO DAH your doors in and murder you all!
