Does Skyrim ever make you feel bad?

Post » Fri May 11, 2012 1:15 am

When doing quests or something do you ever feel bad about what you do? Maybe you gotta threaten someone or murder someone, or maybe a character dies in a quest. Do you give it a second thought or do you just move on?

I felt bad for Aventino in Windhelm and all those kids at the orphanage in Riften.

Then I felt good for killing the old battleaxe that ran the orphanage in front of all the little chitlins. :D

I feel bad about the amount of time I spend on the game instead of studying or chasing girls :|

That quest surprised me. All the kids came in after she was dead, then they cheered. I loled.

I felt pretty bad for giving the "Old Orc" a "good death" when he's by some bridge waiting for some one or something to truly challenge him and kill him.

There has been a few other moments too, but I think they were main storyline quests so I won't discuss those.

I felt really bad that I had to hurt the tree with Knettlebane and then it felt worse after the Spriggans wiped out the people there.. Especially because they told me "Please don't use knettlebane to hurt the tree". Honestly, I didn't understand that quest, were hurting nature to help it?!

This. I thought it was pretty demented when I first walked into his house and saw what he was doing as well as seeing the children celebrate after I axed Grelod but didn't feel bad at all.

I don't like harming Argonians or Khajiit in this game. I disliked them in Oblivion, but I love them now. I don't care much for the other races.

That usually happens to me on all games, specially when they have that good/evil character development choices. I can never play the evil character without feeling like an [censored] so that's never fun. I can play a character that doesn't care though.

Just yesterday, I couldn't handle Lydia dying, I had to reload 3x to make sure she got out of there alive and then I released her from her service.

I felt bad when I realized that I might have been the one that killed Lydia, after going all werewolf on this [censored] that kept killing me. I was attacking anything that moved in that form.

I was a little sad when lydia died, I was doing that quest where you need to get a mammoths tusk and the giants tore her apart. I should've told her to wait somewhere.

She dont die for me! :)

Three times yesterday I had to tell her to wait some place (in one of the Dwimmer Holds with the Chichin(sp?) & Falmers)
because she kept getting in the way of my fire and me killing her in narrow corridors.
