My daughter and I both play Skyrim.

Does Steam allow us to create separate accounts so that we could:

1. Track achievements independently of eachother?

2. Have different mods?

Nope, unfortunately not.

Well, you could create separate accounts, but then you would have to buy a second copy of Skyrim too.

No. But for mods you can always check the data files when launching the game and choose which ones you are using.
