Does the 1H Perk 'Savage Strike' work while dual wielding? : V

it is is separate from the dual wield branch... But it offers a chance to decapitate. Does this work while dual wielding?

Two-Handed does NOT govern dual-wielding. Dual-wielding is determined by the One-Handed skill.

No, it's a 1 handed skill... But I was wondering if it works when dual wielding...

Oh, I gotcha. The answer to your question is yes. Unless specified otherwise, it's safe to assume that all perks in a perk tree apply to the skill as a whole, including all parts of it. :]
