Will I still have to become a werewolf? Once the questline is done can I switch back to vampire/vampire lord?

going werewolf cures your vampirism and vice versa...ask serana to turn you vamp again after you finish the companions

Becareful, once you become a werewolf, and go back to a vampire lord, you cannot become a werewolf again.

Check the wiki but I'm pretty sure Aela will now turn you into a werewolf multiple times.

I'm curious could you get werewolf, and then go to serana and get vl. Or do you have to do the quest line as a werewolf

Hmm, I'm not sure about becoming a werewolf again. I would hope that you could be, but from my small amount of knowledge, I do not think you can.

I was a VL and did not like the effects that it had during the day, so I become a werewolf using the Companions quest while I was a VL. I don't think it will have any effect on what happens in the quest for either side if you are one or the other.
