I don't know if Cereberus is actually working with the Reape

So I was watching some footage of Kinect ME3 gameplay, and it shows some Cereberus guys chilling out when one of those turian husks rushes out, kills them, and then runs off.

Sure, TIM is actively hunting Shepard, but I think he may his own motives to safe the human race. I don't think he's actually sided with the Reapers.
