I was looking around my NV save file folder, after a game crash, and found a notepad pag that has info on it. It's called FalloutPrefs. I opened it and scrolled down and found this error, [GeneralWarnings]
SGeneralMasterMismatchWarning=One or more plugins could not find the correct versions of the master files they depend on. Errors may occur during load or game play. Check the "Warnings.txt" file for more information.

Also

SMasterMismatchWarning=One of the files that "%s" is dependent on has changed since the last save.
This may result in errors. Saving again will clear this message
but not necessarily fix any errors.

I can't find the "Warnings.txt" so i don't know what files are missing. I've beat the game once already with no game crashes at all. I put in 92 or so hours be for my first crash. I also noticed I had no crashes until I started a new game and started using cheats. after a few hours of playing it started crashing. I reinstalled and started a new game and had no problems until I used a cheat and little while after that it dropped to desktop again. I went back to the save before i entered the cheat and tried to play and it crashed again that's when i looked into that folder and found the MSG.

You are too paranoid. You know just enough to make you dangerous ...and paranoid.

That is the text of a message that you might receive if there was an error. I expect you would see a localized version of the text instead of English text if you used a non-English version of the game.

Yes, those messages are just defaults for when those specific errors DO happen. Nothing more, nothing less.

You will probably never see the first one and the second one occures when you disable a mod that your save file had and can no longer find. Rarely game breaking though.
