Here is my problem(i watched steam and bethesda forums for a few days and didn't find any solution):
I have an HP PAVILION dv6-6152er (Core i5 2410M 2300 Mhz/15.6"/1366x768/4096Mb/Intel HD 3000+ATI 6770 2Gb). I bought a Anarchy edition version. Actualy game didn't start at all( either before or neither patch). When i hit a "Play" button there is a "preparing to launch" message appears for a 3-4 second. After it dissapears and nothing happened. No windows, no messages - nothing. This is not a problem with microsoft Visual libraries( i fixed this problem after it showed on first launch). I tryed both versions of ATI Beta drivers. The situation doesn't changeв a bit.
For example i able to play Battlefield 3 beta at middle graphics with adequate FPS.

What should i do? I payed money, i want to play, and i've got an more then equal hardware to launch this game. So I hope that somebody can help me.

Are you sure your system is using the Radeon?

I'm pretty sure the HD3000 isn't capable, because it has really bad OpenGL drivers.

I'm also pretty sure JC said that they worked with Intel to get to 30FPS on the HD Graphics 3000. If that's true then the game should work either way.

Okay, didn't know about that. All I know is, BRINK (id Tech 4, also OpenGL) didn't work out on HD Graphics as well.

HD3000 is below spec.

i will take a guess and say it might be trying too run on your hd 3000 then off your ati 6770

you install the new ati driver 11.10v2 make sure too do a clean sweep for left over files befor you restart and install the driver

I uninstalled both drivers(intel and Ati) a few times, tried older (11.6) for example, both "Rage perfomance" drivers too.... The game don't create cash files in users\username\appdata\local\id software\rage, even =((((

i uninstalled my drivers did a Driver Sweep got the rest of the ati files out restart did the driver sweep again too make sure no files left over installed the 11.10v2 and had no problems i used +cvaradd jobs_numThreads -1 +com_skipIntroVideo 1 +vt_maxPPF 8
