I dont know if this question is answerable

For anyone who may know how does the difficulty work? More hp for the enemies? Greater DAM?More enemies? (doubt that one but what the hell...) im looking for a challenging and unforgiving playthrough but im not interested in DAM spounges. i'd rather have an easier game than needing to swing 10 trillion times to take down a wolf. Trying to figure out what difficulty i should play on.

its not a slider. its a few presets. the game defaults at Adept. there are easier and harder settings. Novice, Adept, Expert, etc.

Well the legit E3 clips on youtube I have seen have the player kill a wolf with one or 2 swings of his sword, hell he even takes out a bandit with one swing.
Although ya can't tell what difficulty he was on and the video dosen't specify, so best bet is to set it in the middle, that way if it's too hard you tone it down ,
if it's to easy you increase it.
Thats if they have a Easy/Medium/Hard/(what ever the Elder scrolls equivalant is to the hardest difficulty)

yeah but the question is what does difficultly affect. i assume on the demos they had it on the esiest setting, and judging by that i think it governs how much HP the enemies have given the fact every thing was dieing due to EVIL GLARE but i was hoping there was someone in the know on this.
