Been playing skyrim now for some time (level 10) i do think its a really good game and the world is amazing but i cant stand the colour scheme.Drab at times im playing on a 360 with a top of the range lg hd tv so its not that. The dungeons have all got a horrible green moss stuff everywhere i know that is true to life but it looks crap anyone else think this.

No.

Not at all.

I was just saying how I think the environments look way better than in Oblivion. This is like...middle ages! You've got to remember that's what it was like!

Oblivion for me is the best game i have ever played this will have to go a long way to beat that but oblivion colours in dungeons were so much better.

I think the dull environment is appropriate for the setting.

Umm, no? I think the graphics in general are stunning. Any chance you could have the colour settings screwed up on your TV?

If the OP wants vibrant color, I don't think Markarth will change his opinion.

Bear in mind that most of Skyrim is snowy and cold. A lot of the interiors are very colourful.

The funny thing is that Scandinavia is the most vibrantly colorful and rich green place I have ever been to, and I was born in Washington State! Not sure what they modeled the color scheme after, but I think the designers eyes were probably warped from making fallout 3. Compared to that, Skyrim looks lush, lol.
