I have heard that after a while, some people have problems with the load doors, that they stop working.

ideas:
1. have you made navmesh changes? did you finalize them?
2. are you using a clean save game that has never had breezehome as 'visited'?

You should never use a dirty save game when 'creating' a mod. Lots of things are saved in your save game that can mess up the mod.
Have you tried one of your backup savegames, from before you visited breezehome?

You can use the console to get inside breezehome.

There's your problem. Loading into the cell where your mod is will cause all sorts of problems, as it will cause your mod data to conflict with the data expressed in your save. Whenever I test a mod, I always COC directly from the main menu into a separate cell so that the game can load all my changes properly, then after the game loads I COC into the cell where my mod is.

effectively this is what happens, started the new game cause I had none saved previous to the house buying...used the code you said over the main menu and the house loaded perfect and without any issues..

So the Mod its ok...when you use it previous to the house acquisition...

If I understood correctly, you share the same problem as many other modders. The problem occurs when you exit a fairly large interior cell (objectwise) into a worldspace other than Tamriel. You get CTD. Cells connected to other worldspace than Tamriel need to be "small enough" to avoid CTD. Something to do with memory handling Iguess (I've really no idea how the Creation engine works).

That same CTD happened to me since the last patch. I do believe I reached Critical Mass and lowered my file size but your file is already very small the other thing I did to fix it was to remove a weapon rack I had placed at an odd angle. My breezehome appears to be working now, but I could turn the exit error on and off just by loading up the bookshelves, which I never altered from vanilla.
