Double XP, Rest XP, etc.

I know I'm in the minority here, and I suspect my request will be met with all sorts of lulzy and even angry responses. Nevertheless, if ESO ever introduces xp buffs of any type, I'd like to have a way to opt out of them. I'm in absolutely no rush to level in any MMO, and I like exploring content at-level.

I get what you mean, but you should remember that level is not the only progression in the game. You are not done progressing when you hit level cap. You will still have skills to gain and skyshards to find.

That being said, there are usually specific ways to get rested xp (log out in an Inn, for example) which, if you don't want it can be easily identified and avoided.

I will be in no rush to the finish either. I have a feeling that I'm going to be paying more attention to the world around me with this game than at where the experience bar is. :D Can't wait!

If you ask me, I feel that I NEED to pay more attention to the world around me as oppose to expecting things to appear in front of me. For example: In world of warcraft, you know an NPC has a quest for you because you can see the yellow exclamation point over their head. I'd imagine this won't happen in TESO so you don't know which NPC will have a quest for you. You really just need to walk around, see what is going on and talk to people. Everything is voice acted so it makes every person you talk to awesome and not a waste of time.
