Well since i was playing my Traditional Nord mostly focusing on Shout's well by the looks of it the "Dragonborn" does not really feel that special to be honest since Draugr's , Grey beards , Ulfric and Miraak (Obviously he would be stronger than me since he is the first.) they all shout faster than the Main character who is meant to be the all powerful Dragonborn cant use more than one shout and has to wait "AGES" to use the next shout even with the Amulet of Talos and his Blessing at his alter the shouts take to long to reload and to be fair i just don't feel Special in anyway shape of form. Do any other all shout using players feel the same ?

Your mind will change quick once you get Dragonrend, full Storm call, and Clear Skies.. well pretty much all of them. Dragonborn is so much more than Unrelenting Force.

Also all mobs that can shout have the same shout cooldowns. Draugrs use only 2 shouts.. UF and Disarm.. maybe Frost Breath.
