Can't finish download on Steam. It's stuck at 76% and 4,384.4 Mb. Tried changing download region, restarting steam, restarting PC, deleting skyrim and starting over - Keeps locking up at the same spot.

I can go in the folder and Load TESV.exe which i get an itty bitty window of the game, can create a new game - and watch as a cart driver pulls me to a city. Nobody talks, they just all stare at you, then the cart stops in town with everyone staring at you indefinitely.

If you aren't opposed to it due to speed/bandwidth concerns, you can try deleting the local cache and downloading again. Not sure what else to do beyond that - your disk is not full right?

Yeah I've already deleted it. Four times. :/ I have plenty of space too
