Lately when I fast travel to a town and a dragon is attacking it the people all attack me instead of the dragon. I have 0 bounty anywhere and most times when I kill the dragon the townsfolk go back to normal but this last time it happened in Riverwood and I had to run away as the people kept attacking me. Why is this happening?

This sounds similiar to my problem. Dragons will not attack me and if I attack one it counts as assult and even then they do not attempt to fight back. After killing their target (random bandits/stormcloaks) they happily fly away ignoring me. If I'm in a town and a dragon attacks the townspeople figt both the dragon and me. I dont think this game has factions like oblivion did but it really feels like I got added to the "dragons" faction. This is basically gamebreaking. The main draw to skyrim is "finally dragons!" and I am unable to fight them. Thats a large part of the game taken away.

I can fight the dragons just fine but I have to make sure I don't hurt or kill anyone that gets in the way or tries to kill me.

Do what I did, accept the dragons as friends and kill the town. Anyone related to any quest, no matter how trivial, will not be able to die. Thats about half of every town.

I had that happen once but I have a feeling I accidentaly shot one of the guards wile fighting the dragon, one stray arrow geesh they are so touchy

HA! I did that. Accidentally shot a guard I mean. Was his own fault for standing right in front of the dragon. I mean, I was only trying to kill it so it didn't chomp me. Shesh. Another time I forgot my bow was still out and ran past a guard. He basically told me to be careful about having my weapon out because someone might get the wrong idea. I was like seriously?! Touchy *censored* aren't ya? LOL

One other thing. I just encountered a backwards flying dragon for the first time in all of my 138 hours. I thought that had been resolved.

Nope. Won't be resolved until 1.3 patch is out.

You also can't use a shout like Storm Call as it will hurt the townspeople as well and they will consider it an attack.

I wish that were true..I killed the one Elf in Riverwood...Now i have to intimidate him for the Compnanions...but he's dead...DEAD I SAY!!
