Either you sold it, or you never picked it up. Because you cannot drop it, and can only sell it to Urag.

If you finished the main quest and didn't sell it to Urag (you can only buy it back when. You have to get all 3 scrolls) then yes you should have it.

Ok. I misunderstood everything. I dont have the mainquest elder scroll. My apologies. But I dont know where the elder scroll went for the Oghma infinium quest.

You must have left the scroll in the Ruines because it's in the same location as Oghma quest. They are one and the same. Just go back and pick it up!

They are the same scroll. Did you complete the Main Quest?

Blackreach. There's an entrance that goes straight to the Scroll, but I forget where, try wiki.

She's right. It is the same place where you inscribed the lexicon for Septimus. You have to push those 4 buttons until the case opens up ... the elder scroll is inside.
