The one that dives into the water. Yes. That one. Where is it? I'm guessing somewhere in the FV?

My sneak is too high so it won't appear for me I always hear it roar but it never comes. But it should be where the giant frozen lake is in forgotten Vale

yeah that was a really tough fight...45 min.is there another legendary dragon/s or do those 2 dont count for the achie?
