Hey guys i'm new here and i just have a few questions about the dragon preist.
Thanks in advance.



1. At what level do you start to encounter generic Dragon Preists? I know this can happen at high levels, but when exactly does it start?

2. Where is Shearpoint located? I know Krosis is there, and i want to find him.

3. The Wooden Mask is easy to find, right? I've been to LabryIntian Before, and even inside Bromunjaar Sanctuary, where the dragon priest altar is, and I left very quickly due to wanting to progress with my current quest. However this was before I realized that this is a critical place for this side quest. Will the Wooden mask still be there when i get back. I am going to check in about half an hour anyways though.

I was at Labrynthian once before getting the mask and when I went back it was able to find it in this mound that looks like the nordic ruins that you come across from time to time. There is a skeleton at the center and it is near his right (your left) hand. It's hard to spot, especially if you're in third person.

I think I was at level 60 to 70 before I started to run into generic Dragon Priests regularly as end bosses. Shearpoint is on the peak south of Dawnstar and Winterhold, kinda equidistant between the two. When I first went there I went through Valtheim Tower and past Fellglow Keep to get there. One game the Greybeards sent me there to find a source of power and on another game it was a bounty that I collected at an inn in Hjallmarch somewhere, probably Morthal. Word of warning about that spot, don't go near the word wall when you get there as you will then have to fight a Dragon and a Dragon Priest simultaneously and you may lose track of the priest in all the carnage. Lure the dragon away by firing arrows at him. fight him away from the word wall and then once you have dispatched the dragon head towards the word wall at which time the sarcophagus will open revealing Krosis. Also, when fighting Krosis try to maintian your battle on solid ground. He likes to drift towards the cliff edge and if you kill him there his remains may fall down off the edge and it becomes a nuisance to loot his ash pile after that.

Thanks chris! I had no idea about that dragon, you saved me having to fight them both at once! I don't plan on heading to Shearpoint for a while, but i will eventually. As for generic Dragon Priests, My main character is only level 36 so i have a ways to go before i encounter them regularly. And about that Wooden Mask, thanks, I will go after it later today!
