Dragon Priest Follower

Alright, on PC and all that. Trying to get a Dragon Priest follower.
I can get it to work right, but I just have the issue is that when I have the follower (I use Volsung, as he's the most accessible one (I just started a new profile) and I killed him, resurrected him, and all that. He looks normal. He doesn't use a staff, however) he doesn't have a name or dialogue options. Put my cursor is over him, it's like he's not there, even though he follows me around and fights like a normal follower. I've been looking all over the nets for a solution, and I haven't found one.
Is there anyway, without using CK (I ported this save over from Xbox and I'm not sure CK changes stay since they edit the .esm I think), that I can make him a full fledged follower with dialogue? I'm sure it won't be voiced or will consist of grunts and gurgles, but that doesn't matter to me. Also, if there's a way I can get two human followers using console commands so I don't have to get rid of him and redo it all for quests and whatnot.

Also, a way to equip him with Konahrik (The hidden mask) would be nice, so I can pretend it's him. :P I tried using equipitem but that just made his Volsung mask disappear and he looked like a normal Dragon Priest, so I used removeitem.

I'm also worried that if I accidentally get rid of him, I'll have to port back to PC to get him back (and I don't plan on buying Dragonborn for PC too, so it'd kinda svck to play through that DLC and learn that I lost Volsung, and either lose him or my progress).
