Dragon riding in next skyrim dlc

Post » Mon Aug 06, 2012 11:33 pm

I know how many times everyone here has heard this same thing, and I know it would take some major patches to make it viable. The whole point is there didn't seem to be any problem with the demonstration of dragon riding at the game jam video. I think if it can be made viable we would all love this

It wouldn't work due to the technical limitations.

I'm perfectly fine without it. There's a huge list of things I'd want added before that.

Honestly. It would be cool. But I think I would like a reworked and better horse mechanic before dragon riding.

This. We have enough dragons already. They're nice and all, but let DLCs focus on some new, non-draconian things.

I prefer my dragons to be dangerous bloodthirsty reptiles which everybody is afraid of rather than having them as cuddly pets.

I would love to have it, but the game is to small for it. To me the only way Dragon riding would work in Skyrim. Is if the playing area(what ever you want to call it.) is the same size as the land area of San Andreas(GTA). And the Dragons flew about the same speed as the Dodo plane that's in the game. Maybe the same speed as the Shamal, but a quarter slower.

Agreed. I don't really want any more dragon stuff.

The only game that got away with this is Drakengard. I don't think riding dragons in Skyrim would be exciting as it may sound. If it does happen I think it will be very clunky as far as contols go.

Wait isn't there dragonriding in the game already?

I mean, it is scripted, but you DO ride a dragon.

You're absolutely right!

Now this thread has to be moved to the spoiler section, unfortunately... :teehee:

And then what are you gonna do with the other 23 hours and 45 minutes of your day? :P

If you're on PC I highly suggest getting the deadly dragons mod. Dragons will never be the same for you after that.

Priority goes for Spears , and they were in the game-jam.
