Is the dragon scroll the one you get in the Main game?

Yes it is. If you sold it to the dude in the college and you need it for the Dawnguard quest, you can buy it back from him.

If you are Arch Mage you can demand a lower price.

I've completed the Vampire part of the Dawnguard; I never let the King for-fill the prophecy, so now I'm stuck with three elder scrolls; each 20lbs and none I can drop because they're "quest items". How can I get rid of them?

They also don't actually affect your carry weight because they're still listed as Quest items.

But you can sell them to the Moth Priest or the Librarian at the College (I think...) for a fair chunk of change.

The real question is, why would you sell an Elder Scroll? I mean, after all, the entire game series is only named after them. Here, let me sell TES equivalent of a thermo-nuclear device to this Librarian here! *Shoots self in foot*

That would be awesome! I would just use console on my PC to spawn 10 or 20 of them and make my own elder scroll library.
