I really like the game its in my op the best game ever, but... since i reached lvl 20. every time if i killed the first dragon at that playtrough i do not absorb his soul.
and if i come across a second dragon later and i kill it there is no problem. how is this possible?
maybe it has something to do with the new level scale of dragons, that there is a bug in the higher lvl dragon which caused you do not absorb his soul.
and maybe the second dragon was of a lower lvl which does not have the bug. and is the order of killing the dragons not important but a coincidence.
any thoughts?

with lvl scale i meant offcourse from 'normal dragon' to ancient or blood dragon

I have had situations when I have had to actually loot the dragon before I absorbed the soul.

how much did you loot from that dragon then? all items?

Yes all items.

I find often the dragon doesn't disintigrate and I don't absorb the soul until I have done that.

It's worth looting everything because dragon bones and scales are expensive
