Well you get taken off a cart and are about to be executed when a dragon (Alduin ) swoops in and starts setting fire to everything and your life is spared as people flee and you run into a tower to hide.... and it goes on etc.

Looks too small to be Alduin, just a feeling i have but i doubt Alduin is as small as the one in that leaked footage....

It is Alduin. Why does he have to be humongous? I'm assuming that Aedra can manifest themselves in whatever form (and size) they choose. The avatar of Akatosh at the end of Oblivion was actually smaller.

The dragon in the begining is the same as the one you kill at Whiterun. Its not Alduin.

Well my fault for having this awesome image of my head of fighting a giant god atop the throat of the world or something.

Then again I've been spoiled by other games in that regard where end bosses are large in scale.

I just fear Alduin will be another dragon in the game with 1 or 2 more attacks and higher HP, and there won't be any real difference between him and going up against all the other dragons in the game...

Denial...its more than just a river on our planet.

Believe me I wish it was a Jill but it's not. Subtitles do not lie, every time the dragon did a shout with the subtitles enabled it said: Alduin: "[insert dragon shout here]"
