The real question is why did the dragon stop the execution and save you? Especially if it was Alduin your arch nemisis... it would make way more sense if the dragon killed you in the attack being dovahkiin and all.
Also, the dragon looked similar to Alduin, but there were some slight differences (he is also very small for a "world eater")
So while I was wondering this I remembered there is a dragon later in the game that teams-up with you so I went back and watched the GT.TV footage to compare them and it's the SAME dragon!! The dragon that saves you from your execution is the one you can call later in the game to aid you in battle. If you think about it, this makes a lot of sense, there probably aren't very many good dragons out there that would save dovahkiin and later help him kill other dragons. Don't know his name yet, I'll try to look for it, but yeah, go watch the GT.TV footage for yourself and you'll see dragon you call and the one in the leaked tutorial are one in the same.
