What are all the new dragons in Dragonborn? I know of the Serpentine Dragons, but are there any other new variations?

I'm also wondering what Shouts any such new dragons use. All of the vanilla dragons use frost breath and/or fire breath Shouts. The Dawnguard dragons use frost breath and/or fire breath Shouts too, but they also use Drain Vitality Shouts. Do the Serpentine Dragons/any other new dragons use any Shouts other than frost breath and/or fire breath Shouts?

The Serpantines are the only new dragons added. They seem to only use fire/frost breath.
