So is solstheim the same island that the expantion Blood Moon was about for Morrowind? In the trailer I thought I saw a creature that looked like those Fat things with an elephent nose from Morrowind.

It's the same island, Solstheim. A lot of creatures, architecture, and even some people are making a return from Morrowind.
