Dragonrider over Whiterun...!?!?! : V

Ok, I just saw something strange. I walked around Whiterun and the guards started going for their bows and a dargon was roaming the skies, it flew a couple of turns over Whiterun and then flew away. BUT! I am sure I saw a rider on its back!!! Anyone else seen this???

I know you can fly dragons in the new DLC Dragonborn... but who was flying that dragon? Is this something they put into an update like an ingame teaser or something?

I don't know if they put it ingame, but I am used to the dragons flying away bored. Are you running any mods? Also, how positive are you that you saw one?

Blood dragons have a pronounced ridge on their backs, whereas "normal" dragons (the ones you see up until around level 20) don't. First time I saw one, I thought my game was glitched. Maybe that's what you saw?
