Simple question that I couldn't find the answer to using search function(granted i didn't look all that hard). Will all the races have the same voice for dragon shouts of will they all sound different?

no they got a different voice for all races and sixes

The male Nord shouts sounded an awful lot like male Argonian shouts from what I heard.
