Draughts skeletons

I have always trouble to deal with draughts. What is best way or your way to get rid of them?
I have short sword and magicka (healing). Last night I had to run away from 3 of them. They were too much to handle. -.-

They don't like arrows fired from stealth either.

It helps to just sneak up and smack any corpse that looks suspicious. You'll start to learn the warning signs. Also, move slowly through tombs so you can pick them off in smaller numbers. Move to fast and you'll get stuck in a whole room of them crawling out of the walls. . . .

Not using magic at all, they scared me. I ran away into a narrow corridor where I could turn around and handle them in a doorway where they were forced to come at me one on one while I held up my shield.

They are freaking scary. I haven't figured out where to buy new spells from yet, but if you have, then buy a fire spell.
I dealt with them by sneaking everywhere and keeping a very good eye out for movement. As soon as I saw some [movement] I would quickly move into the shadowiest place nearby and bring out my bow and whack them one. Often they don't know where the shot came from and you can shoot them two or three times before they see you and came at you. When I was moving through the place full of them in the main quest like you probably are, two sneak bow shots took them down (hunting bow and ancient nord arrows). It pays to find the shadowiest place you can before shooting them, if you can take them down before they come at you it's such a relief! I hate them so much.
Oh, and I have a question. I am very sure that once or twice I got them in the head and they died on the first shot. Does a head shot do more damage than a shot elsewhere on their body? It would be AWESOME if that were true. Possibly the ones I killed instantly happened to be weaker members of the species and it was all a coincidence.

but seriously attack them before they get up one at a time and you should be ok. you can usually get 2-3 licks on them before they attack

Yeah. I was outside when I saw something like altar. When I approached it, the draughts spotted me even I went stealth. They surprised me.
In tombs, I moved slowly and tried to take down one by one.

Thanks all for advises. I do have fire spell, but haven't used it much.

the earliest you can buy spell is from the Trader in Riverwood and you can buy more from Whiteruns Jarls Court wizard.

headshot dont do any extra damage.

They're easy to kill with magic. Just torch them with a stream of fire for a couple of seconds or buy a firebolt spell. Two bolts and draughr dead, 1 bolt for skeletons.

I have yet to play my assassin-type character enough to meet draugr, so cannot say anything on how melee affects them.
