I have a very strange bug occurring.

Say I have an area where I have constant 60fps. Now I'll play a couple hours and somewhere along the way my fps drop to 40-30-25 fps. Now I go back to the exact same area where I had 60 fps, and there will only be 40-30-25 fps, depending to where my FPS droped previously.

Disabling all mods does not help. The fps will stay low. However, loading a previous save where the FPS was 60, does resolve the issue. Problem is the Fps drop happens randomly and anywhere, anytime.

Disabling all mods and only playing with Skyrim, Dawnguard and Update does also not help. FPS drops still happen and they'll stay once they drop.

So I have to meticulously check the FPS and save every couple minute. My current save is at the number 1411. , meaning so far, I have saved 1411 times.

I have resolved my issue.

In Skyrim.ini, this section caused it:

Had to remove it! Now I got constant 60fps again! Cheers!
