[Req.] Droppablethrowable torch?

Now that a great http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1310284-relz-true-darker-dungeons/ mod has been released, I wonder if any talented modder could revive this great idea from the Oblivion scene, that of the droppable/throwable torch

IMO these two ideas go hand-in-hand perfectly, one mod complements the other. As I remember it (and bear in mind it was a long time since I played Oblivion) you held & used a torch as usual, but you had the feature that you could throw it forward, or drop it to your left. When you did, you automatically re-equipped your shield or whatever you had in your left hand when you equipped your torch.

'Twould be a perfect combo :)

I think that droppable torches are a must for darker dungeons/nights. I would think that it would be included in such mods when the Creation Kit is released. Dungeons should also have torches on the walls that you can light as you make your way through them. Maybe they could make organic materials like moss and tree roots flamable?

This would be really useful, especially if the torches could ignite the oil slicks on the ground.
