I cant remember where I heard/read this but if I recall correctly, there was something about the second perk for Dual Flurry is bugged and will actually slow dual wielding weapon swings. Is that true? Was it fixed? Just want to know because I have managed without it so far but have 6 perks to spend on whatever I want and I would ideally like the second perk (I dual wield daggers).
