No "You Torr, Me Torr" thing in Fallout: New Vegas?

I thought I read it somewhere that Obsidian gonna bring back the dumb dialogs thing into New Vegas.

As I play so far.. no dumb dialog yet(My character is 1 INT 10 STR 10 LUCK)

I havent expirenced it yet. But why nerf your char just to see diolouge? What did it do for the last game?
Spoiler

I'd just wait for unpaid player modders to fix bethesdas game for them so they can releace it as fixed change 2 or 3 textures and call it new vegas.
Whoops might have accidentally their whole plan.

Sorry if my anger is offending you. I'm in vent mode because I have 3 sli fermis and near npc I get sub 30 fps.
Crysis on enthusiast ran way better.

You don't get lolzy dumb dialogue, but a low intelligence character will stumble around and sometimes really not get the idea of what is going on, supposedly. And we have dialogue for trying but not succeeding with skill challenges, so there's lots of stuff to replace the dumb ogre text.

The dumb dialogues is the best. You may youtube it for fun, search for "Fallout 2 Dumb character" its alot of fun, its like the whole new game.
It's not actually nerf your char, you can spend the rest of your points from INT to something else like LUCK, STR or END.

Believe me, The dumb character in Fallout 2 is alot of fun, i've been there, I laugh so hard through the whole game.. like.. it's hard to believe that the team work so hard on this game unlike Fallout 3 or any RPG games these days...(except Dragon Age and Mass Effect has similarity quality to the good old fallout.)

and also.. this game run a little laggy and the texture quality isnt as good as the previous Fallout 3.

Digging the dead thread. So I just bought the strategy guide today and it mentioned something about dumb dialogs with screenshot proven that dumb dialogs exist. I've create a new character and been playing for 2 hours but still see no dumb dialogs =(

Anyone found yet?

My Character is 1 INT tho.

The Strategy Guide actually offers a decent build for such a character I intend to try out at some point.

I tried it and yes, they do exist, even in Goodsprings. Did not make screenshots, though. Buuuut.... someone else will likely do this and post them here before I get to it.

I think the closest you're going to get to a "dumb" line is while talking to Tabitha over the radio.

Maybe it's a bug? My character got 1 INT and talk like a normal person. Even in Goodsrping, Talk like normal 5 INT or 7 INT character

It'd be cool if you can post screenshot so I could report to tech if it's a bug!

Thank you!

I like some of those, "Oh yeah! Well, what if I said... wait, no... I forgot what I was going to say."
