I've noticed that Dunmer thralls are all chatty (except the Cultists but even they'll have things to say in certain situations). My RLT dunmer talks all the time. I thralled a Dunmer Master Vampire and he was chatty too. When I thralled a Bosmer Master Vampire, all she said was, "Uuhhhh." Same with the Pirate Captain and Bandit Chiefs, only ,"Uuhhhh." I think somebody at Bethesda has a soft spot for Dunmers.

...Um...What are they saying...Exactly?
And how does an overly chatty thrall of a certain race...necromancy...a very niche corner of the game...denote Favoritism when more than 60% of the continents population is Nord?
