I can't get the shout to work. I can shout the first 2 words, but not the 3rd. Did I do something stupid???

I'm having the same problem. I've read that you need to summon him while pointing at the ground, and in a area large enough to accomodate him. Haven't had the chance to try it though...

you have to keep looking for a spot thats big enough. it can be kind of tricky as it requires a large flat area. if the area is not big enough yo will not complete the shout.

I just did it by Whiterun's Western Watchtower.

Worked perfectly. The Guards [censored] a ton of bricks...
